Company Profile Howard W. Brunner, Professional Land Surveyor was established on June 1, 1996 with Howard W. Brunner, P. L. S. as principal and owner. Mr. Brunner's professional experience in the public and private sectors of land surveying spans over forty-four years. He is licensed as a Professional Land Surveyor in the states of California, Nevada, and Washington. Working with Mr. Brunner is Steven Klein, also a Professional Land Surveyor and a graduate of Cal Poly Pomona with a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering. Mr. Klein began his career with Howard Brunner in 1996. He decided to go to school and earn his degree, and worked for PSOMAS in Southern California for five years. He returned to Northern California and the Brunner firm, and became professionally licensed in 2006.
